Why I Started Great Gateway
I spent years watching businesses get sold on AI hype — flashy demos, vague promises of "digital transformation," and expensive pilots that never made it to production. Meanwhile, the companies that actually needed AI couldn't find a partner who spoke their language.
The gap was clear. Enterprise consultancies were too expensive and too slow. DIY tools were too generic. Growing businesses needed someone who understood both the technology and the business problem — and could build the bridge between them.
I built Great Gateway around one rule: if we can't tie it to a business outcome, we don't build it. Every system we design connects to revenue, efficiency, or growth you can measure. If a spreadsheet solves the problem better than a model, we'll say so.
The result? Clients who know exactly what their AI investment delivers. Not "AI maturity scores." Dollars.
